Festival information, safety and community guidelines
Our festival is built on community, respect, safety and enjoyment. We want every guest to have an unforgettable experience in a welcoming, inclusive and well-managed environment. By attending, you agree to the following terms.
Age policy
- This is a strictly 21+ event.
- Valid photo ID may be required on entry.
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear under 25, please be prepared to provide valid identification when purchasing alcohol.
Accepted forms of identification
The following forms of identification are accepted at entry and may be required for age verification (Challenge 25 policy applies):
- Valid passport (UK or international)
- Valid UK driving licence (full or provisional photocard licence)
- Valid EU/EEA national identity card
- Proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram (such as CitizenCard or Validate UK)
All identification must be original, valid, in date, and in good condition. Photocopies, screenshots, or damaged ID will not be accepted.
The Event reserves the right to refuse entry where valid identification cannot be provided or where ID is suspected to be fraudulent or tampered with.
Drugs policy
- We operate a strict zero-tolerance drugs policy.
- Possession, use or supply of illegal substances is not permitted.
- Security searches may be conducted on entry to the site.
- Amnesty bins will be available at entrances for safe disposal of prohibited items.
- Any illegal substances found may result in refusal of entry or removal from site.
Security & entry checks
- Security checks will take place upon arrival, including searches of persons, vehicles, tents and belongings.
- Excessive quantities of alcohol, food or prohibited items may be confiscated.
- Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in refusal of entry.
Alcohol policy
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:
- No glass bottles or containers are permitted anywhere on site.
- No spirits are permitted within the campsite.
- Guests may bring a maximum of one box of beer, cider or wine per tent or campervan.
- Excess alcohol will be confiscated.
Camping guidelines
- No BBQs, campfires, fire pits, Chinese lanterns or open flames are permitted.
- No large sound systems are permitted in the campsite.
- Small Bluetooth speakers are welcome but must be used respectfully.
- Acoustic instruments such as guitars are welcome.
- Campervans must be parked at least 6 metres apart.
- Campervans and vehicles must not be parked directly next to tents.
- Awnings are permitted within allocated camping space.
- Fresh drinking water is available throughout the campsite.
- Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly during quiet hours.
Smoking & vaping policy
- Smoking and vaping are permitted but must be done responsibly.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside tents, bell tents, campervans and any enclosed structures.
- Please use designated smoking and vaping areas only.
- Cigarette butts and vaping waste must be disposed of responsibly in designated bins.
- Discarding waste on the ground is not permitted.
Sustainability & reusable cups
- Reusable cups will be provided at the bar for all drinks.
- Please use your reusable cup throughout the event.
- Do not bring excessive single-use plastic onto the site.
- We are committed to reducing waste and ask all guests to support a low-impact, environmentally conscious event.
Leave no trace policy
We are committed to protecting the natural environment we are privileged to use.
- Please take all excess waste, camping equipment and personal belongings home with you.
- We operate a strict Leave No Trace policy.
- All guests must leave their pitch clean and free of litter or personal waste.
- Do not leave tents, pegs, cables, cigarette waste or any other items behind.
- Respect the land, wildlife and surrounding environment at all times.
Respect, inclusion & behaviour
We are proud to be an inclusive festival and expect all guests to act with respect and kindness.
- Racism, discrimination, harassment or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
- We are an LGBTQ+ friendly event and welcome all communities.
- Any abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour will result in removal from site.
- Anyone removed will be escorted safely off the premises by our team.
Safety & welfare
Your wellbeing is important to us.
- If you feel overwhelmed, unwell or unsafe, please speak to a member of our friendly team or welfare staff.
- Welfare and security teams are available throughout the event.
- We are here to support a safe and positive experience for everyone.
Our commitment
This is a community-focused festival with safety, respect and enjoyment at the heart of everything we do. By looking out for one another and respecting the space, we can ensure a positive experience for all guests and protect the environment for future events.
Hazardous objects & emergency evacuation policy
- The following items are strictly prohibited anywhere on the event site: weapons, bladed items, fireworks, flares, explosives, air horns, laser pens, and any item deemed dangerous or capable of causing harm.
- Security reserves the right to confiscate any item considered hazardous or unsafe at their discretion.
- Possession of hazardous or prohibited objects may result in refusal of entry or removal from site and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Emergency evacuation policy
- In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff, security, stewards, or emergency services without delay.
- Designated evacuation routes and assembly points will be clearly signposted across the site.
- Attendees must remain calm and proceed in an orderly manner to the nearest safe exit or assembly point.
- Do not return to tents, vehicles, or belongings unless instructed it is safe to do so.
- The Event reserves the right to suspend or cancel activities at any time for safety reasons.
- Failure to comply with evacuation procedures may result in removal from site and/or further action where necessary for public safety.
