How you arrive

Off-site parking → free Lost Lake shuttle bus → Plaistow Mills drop-off point.

Why parking works this way: the B3230 is a fast, narrow country road with no footways. There is no on-site parking at Plaistow Mills except for Blue Badge holders.

Parking for tent campers and day ticket holders — with the exception of crew, artists and Blue Badge holders — will be at Plaistow Barton Bungalow, Shirwell, Barnstaple, EX31 4LF.

On-site camping at Plaistow Mills has sold out. Tents and camper vans book at Porte Meadows in Kentisbury, with a free shuttle to the festival. Overflow parking, if Plaistow Barton Bungalow reaches capacity, is also at Porte Meadows.

Military-trained traffic stewards are on site throughout to help with parking and traffic flow, on site and off.

Free camping — Thursday 27th August

To spread arrivals and reduce congestion on the B3230, you can camp on site from Thursday 27th August if you already have a Friday camping ticket.

Please add the free Thursday camping ticket to your order so we know how many to expect.

No tickets on the gate

All tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no on-the-day ticket sales and no walk-in entry.

Please make sure you have purchased your ticket before travelling to the festival.

Guests arriving without a valid pre-purchased ticket will not be permitted entry to the festival site.

Off-site parking — Plaistow Barton Bungalow

Plaistow Barton BungalowShirwellBarnstapleDevonEX31 4LF

Tent ticket holders and day ticket holders park here, with the exception of crew, artists and Blue Badge holders. Camper vans book at Porte Meadows, not here.

Parking is £10 per day, payable in cash only. The festival site itself is cashless — bring cash for parking separately.

Address: Plaistow Barton Bungalow, Shirwell, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 4LF.

The shuttle bus will run up and down to the site all day until 6pm and again after 11:20pm.

Getting between sites — free shuttle buses

Two dedicated minibuses run completely free of charge, clearly marked with a Lost Lake badge. They run continuously between the festival site, Plaistow Barton Bungalow and Porte Meadows.

All day until 6pm: continuous shuttle service between the festival site and off-site parking.

After 11:20pm: a dedicated late-night shuttle to get you back to off-site parking and Porte Meadows campsite.

Where to wait: clearly signed waiting points are at the festival site, Plaistow Barton Bungalow and Porte Meadows — look for the signage and a steward.

Join the ticket holder WhatsApp today. It's the quickest way to know when the next bus is coming, and how we'll tell you about any delays, extra runs, or parking changes in real time.

Please read carefully

  • Strictly no pedestrian access to the site. The B3230 is a genuine safety hazard — walking to or from Plaistow Mills is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Strictly no pedestrian access back to Plaistow Barton Bungalow. The shuttle must be used at all times — this is very important.
  • No tickets on the gate. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
  • Do not drive your car into the festival site. Camper vans book at Porte Meadows. Everyone else's vehicle stays off site at Plaistow Barton Bungalow, except Blue Badge holders.
  • Zero queuing on the highways. Please car share, and make use of the free Thursday camping if you already have a Friday camping ticket, to help spread arrivals and keep the roads moving.

Campsite fire safety — please read

Due to the risk of dry ground conditions, we're enforcing heightened campsite fire safety rules this year: no open flames, no smoking, no barbecues, and no gas cylinders, stoves or canisters of any kind.

Strictly enforced for everyone's safety — see our terms and conditions for full campsite rules.
